Rancho de las Estrellas is an ecologically sustainable land development project of individual lots for sale conceived with a wide array of healthy personal and common spaces. Its lifestyle will be focused on creating a strong community, inviting people from different regions and origins to feel united by similar aspirations and desires for optimal health and sustainable growth.

Location
Rancho de las Estrellas borders the Lagunas de Chacahua National Park. Two minutes away, you can find the Zapotalito pier, which will take you into the beautiful mangroves of the park. The mangroves infuse the area with their year-round lush beauty of endemic flora and fauna. They are a birdwatcher’s paradise! The union of the fresh-water lagoon with the salt-water ocean gives locals and visitors options for fishing, swimming, and surfing, and it’s the ideal place to eat fresh seafood such as oysters, shrimp, and other local fish.

The Purpose of the Rancho Project
Rancho de las Estrellas aspires to be a healthy community that integrates members of all demographics and backgrounds. On our farms, we will grow organic products for residents that combine Mexican ancestral knowledge with the experience and efforts of community members.
Activities and Workshops
Rancho de las Estrellas will implement activities such as yoga and tai-chi, and will hold workshops on Mexican cooking with corn, tomatoes, cucumber, jamaica, watermelon, cantaloupe, banana, mango, papaya, and a variety of chilies and other endemic herbs that will accompany daily healthy eating. In other workshops, members will learn how to raise sustainable crops of toxin-free plants, grains, and vegetables that nourish the body following the natural rhythms of the earth.

Subdivision and Plots for sale
Rancho de las Estrellas currently comprises fifty hectares. Five of them will be destined for subdivision, ten will be set aside for sale of land, and two will contain rental homes and cabins, the pool and spa, the dance floor and observatory, among other amenities. More than thirty hectares will be available for trails, horseback riding, farming, crops, and the aforementioned outdoor activities. The lots for sale range in size from 400 to 900 square meters, and each already has water and electricity services. Some of them are located in front of the road to Zapotalito, with permission for commercial use.
